Competition follows SportExcel TOC 2026 and R&A Rules of Golf 2026. Refer to www.sportexcel.org.

E-scoring is mandatory for all players and forms part of the Player Code of Conduct under Rule 1.2b. Scores must be entered hole by hole.

Players are responsible for the correctness of their scorecard. Confirm scores with markers after each hole before teeing off at the next hole.

Scorecards must be signed by the player and counter-signed by the marker, and submitted within 10 minutes of completing each round.

Coaching during tournament rounds is strictly prohibited.

Parents and spectators are not allowed on the golf course during tournament rounds. They are restricted to the clubhouse only.

Parents must not be involved in Rules decisions on the course.

Distance Measuring Devices (DMD) are permitted for distance measurement only (R&A Rule 4.3A).

Ties for overall champion (Blue & White tee) will be decided by sudden death playoff, followed by countback, then by lot if necessary.

Ties for other placings will be decided by countback on the final round scorecard (last 18, 9, 6, 3, then 1 hole), followed by lot.

Players who fail to turn up without 72-hour notice will be suspended from one subsequent event and must pay a RM150 penalty before re-entry.

Any breach of Code of Conduct will be acted upon in accordance with SportExcel TOC 2026.
