About this Event

SportExcel - MILO - NSC Malaysian Junior Premier-Elite Golf Tour 2026 (2nd Leg) will be held at Kinrara Golf Club, Puchong from 2–4 May 2026. This is a 3-round stroke play competition open to junior golfers (Boys & Girls, categories A, B & C, aged 11–18 years). The event is a counting event for the World Amateur Golf Ranking (WAGR). A practice round is available on 1 May 2026. Entry fee is RM480 (Malaysians) and RM580 (Non-Malaysians), inclusive of green fees and insurance.

Eligibility

Player Requirements

Player requirements
1. Players must be aged 11–18 years and registered under the correct category (A, B or C).
2. Entry fee must be paid via CIMB online transfer to Yayasan Kecemerlangan Sukan Malaysia (Account: 800-337-9428). Email payment receipt after transfer.
3. All players must bring a mobile phone, power bank, and active SIM card for mandatory e-scoring.
4. Local players must have mobile data ON. International players must activate data roaming.
5. Players must register at the Main Lobby on 2 May 2026 from 6:00am onwards.
6. Players must attend the briefing at the buggy station at 7:20am on Round 1.
7. Category A & B players use buggy only (no caddy). Category C players may use buggy with caddy.
8. Players must submit scorecards (signed and counter-signed) within 10 minutes of completing each round at the lobby lounge.
9. Players must be appropriately attired for prize presentation — no slippers, sandals, or round-neck t-shirts.
10. Withdrawal must be notified at least 72 hours before the practice round date with a valid reason or medical report, or entry fee will be forfeited.
Format

Rules & Regulations

01 Competition follows SportExcel TOC 2026 and R&A Rules of Golf 2025. Refer to www.sportexcel.org.
02 E-scoring is mandatory for all players and forms part of the Player Code of Conduct under Rule 1.2b. Scores must be entered hole by hole.
03 Players are responsible for the correctness of their scorecard. Confirm scores with marker after each hole before teeing off at the next hole.
04 Scorecards must be signed by the player and counter-signed by the marker, and submitted within 10 minutes of completing each round.
05 Coaching during tournament rounds is strictly prohibited.
06 Parents and spectators are not allowed on the golf course during tournament rounds. They are restricted to the clubhouse only.
07 Parents must not be involved in Rules decisions on the course.
08 Distance Measuring Devices (DMD) are permitted for distance measurement only (R&A Rule 4.3A).
09 Ties for overall champion (Blue & White tee) will be decided by sudden death playoff, followed by countback, then by lot if necessary.
10 Ties for other placings will be decided by countback on the final round scorecard (last 18, 9, 6, 3, then 1 hole), followed by lot.
11 Players who fail to turn up without 72-hour notice will be suspended from one subsequent event and must pay a RM150 penalty before re-entry.
12 Any breach of Code of Conduct will be acted upon in accordance with SportExcel TOC 2026.
