1. E-Scoring (Mandatory):
- All players must bring a mobile phone, power bank, and active SIM card
- Local players must have mobile data switched on
- International players must have data roaming activated
- Scores must be entered hole-by-hole into the E-Scoring system
2. Payment: Entry fees must be settled online by Friday, 17th April 2026
3. Registration & Briefing: Starts at 6:00 AM on 25th April at the A' Famosa Buggy Station
4. Practice Round: Players must leave the course by 4:00 PM on Friday, 24th April — failure is grounds for disqualification
5. Scorecard: Must be submitted within 10 minutes of completing each round, signed by both player and marker
6. Withdrawal: Must notify SportExcel at least 72 hours in advance with a valid reason/medical report, or entry fee is forfeited. No-shows without notice will result in a 1-event suspension + RM150 penalty
7. Attire: Proper golf attire required for prize presentation — no slippers, sandals, or round-neck t-shirts
8. Distance Measuring Device (DMD): Allowed for distance measurement only; smartphones not recommended
